HP-UX supports loading dynamic shared library with the shl_open, shl_close, and shl_findsym interfaces.  Please add support for this to zend_extension.

I'm sorry its taken so long, but while investigating this issue the API have become deprecated and the dlopen() and family is now the recommended way of dynamically loading in modules.
