Description:
------------
There are few links on the www.php.net site mentioned that don't point anywhere anymore and create a reading confusion

1.) The Tourist's Guide at http://php.net/sites.php

- the cvs.php.net and cvsold.php.net aren't working anymore and should be probably refactored somewhere else or removed from mentioning.

- the lxr link is not working anymore

2.) Contributing to PHP at http://php.net/get-involved.php

- the lxr link is not working anymore

@Peter, if you want an alternative to the LXR, or any future reader for the matter, then aharvey@ got an unofficial one online you can use: https://php-lxr.adamharvey.name/source/

Adam's LXR does not work since some weeks (java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap
space); I'm currently using <https://lxr.room11.org/xref/>.

Thanks Christoph, I was not aware of that, but I see it now when I search for some randoms :)
