According the documentation ( http://php.net/manual/en/uconverter.getaliases.php ) the parameter $name of UConverter::getAliases() is optional, but we get a warning if we call this method with no parameter ( https://3v4l.org/ERNFW ).

The parameter should be documented as mandatory.

Test script:

var_dump(UConverter::getAliases());

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: UConverter::getAliases() expects exactly 1 parameter, 0 given in /in/ERNFW on line 2
bool(false)
