The site is always in Polish(even if i choose English).

It's forgetting my choice after closing a tab.

Which site? The user manual on php.net? If so, the Polish
translation shouldn't even be available anymore.

Anyhow, this is not a documentation issue, but rather a website
problem, if at all.
