Description:
------------
DES-CRYPT password digest works nice, but if the user is set up with SHA-1 password digest a connection can not be made.

Test script:
---------------
$host = 'server:/path/to/database.ib';

$dbh = ibase_connect($host, $username, $password);

Actual result:
--------------
ibase_connect(): Your user name and password are not defined. Ask your database administrator to set up a Firebird login.

The interbase extension is moved to PECL[1] as of PHP 7.4.0, and
is looking for a new maintainer. Until a new maintainer is found,
I suspend this ticket.

Consider to use the bundled PDO_Firebird extension, or the
php-firebird package[2] instead.
