Using WTServer (https://wtserver.wtriple.com/)
PHP VC14 x64 Non Thread Safe

Test script:
---------------
#!/usr/bin/env php
<?
	if (!defined("STDERR"))
		define("STDERR", fopen("php://stderr", "w"));

	for ($i=0; $i<256; $i++)
		fprintf(STDERR, "Missing some file\n");

	print "done.";
?>

Expected result:

Thanks for the report. I'm not sure to understand the bug - do you run the php script from bash? Or is that run under FCGI under NGINX? Do you use the official PHP builds?

Thanks.

I run php script from browser.
PHP work via nginx.
browser -> nginx -> php-cgi.exe
