Description:
------------
There is no "make uninstall" support, making uninstalling PHP more complex than it could be if such target was supported.

The same applies to extension built via "phpize", also not creating an "uninstall" target in the Makefile (not sure if it's related).

This is a purposeful omission.

Un-installation is too complex a task for a makefile to carry out, it needs to be performed by package managers and such, if it's going to be performed.
