Test script:

apcu_store('test', 1, 1);
sleep(2);
assert(apcu_fetch('test') === false);

Expected result:
----------------
The assert passes

Actual result:
--------------
The assert fails.

By default, APC(u) will use the SAPI request time for these calculations, this can be configured as documented (use_request_time).

This is not a bug.
