Description:
------------
Apparently, the certificate for edit.php.net has expired four days
ago. Besides the usual problems, that makes it impossible to log
in to the site.

Scott, I know you fixed this on one of the other sites recently. Can you wave the same magic wand here?

https://qa.php.net also has an expired certificate, should that have its own bug opened?

That appears to have been resolved in the meantime.

Unfortunately, the certificate for <https://edit.php.net/> is
still experied, what makes it impossible for users to submit
patches via the online editor.
