php_value auto_prepend_file header.inc
php_value auto_append_file header.inc

Too find out that those line can be inserted in apache directive or even just knowing that those commands are avilable at all, I had too look long time.

I think that if part of the man will have apache with php or something similar it will help greatly

Both parameters are documented along with all the other settings in the "Configuration" section of the manual.
