When Compiling, the following Error comes:

/usr/bin/ld: .libs/libphp4.so: undefined versioned symbol name __ns_name_unpack@@GLIBC_2.1
/usr/bin/ld: failed to set dynamic section sizes: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [libphp4.la] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/install/php-4.0.2'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I compiled glibc 2.1 new, but the same error comes..

You have some library which PHP 4 uses, compiled against different version of glibc. This has nothing to do with PHP.
