How the FUCK is anyone suppose to remove msvcrt.dll  No freaking wonder Bill gates is making so much money because the a**hole takes the time to WRITE detailed instructions.

I am trying to install PHP on my PWS (on NT) how the FUDGE am I suppose to replace msvcrt.dll  Any suggestions?
