Please change the documentation of ftp_get. The second param must be a string path of local file and not a open resource.

The second parameter of ftp_get() has to be path, indeed, but that
is already documented on the respective man page[1]. You are
referring to the man page of ftp_fget()[2], however, and
this function does not accept a path as second parameter.
