php-src/ext/mbstring/mbstring.c:1721:42: error: ‘ONIGURUMA_VERSION_MINOR’ undeclared
php-src/ext/mbstring/mbstring.c:1721:42: error: ‘ONIGURUMA_VERSION_TEENY’ undeclared

The code is missing #if HAVE_ONIGURUMA.
