As stated in the subject, the phpmanual.pdf is missing the "T - Timezone in 3 letter format...".

This *Should* be fixed in the next build of the pdf manual, I believe this was added to the docs after the last build, Please check when a new build is done, if this is not the case please reopen the bug report.
