The http://php.net/manual/en/features.gc.collecting-cycles.php page has a link -- `ยป Concurrent Cycle Collection in Reference Counted Systems ` -- that gives a `page not found` on IBM's website. It must have been moved. 

I believe http://media.junglecode.net/media/Bacon01Concurrent.pdf is the same paper but I'm not sure. I'd be happy to contribute a change to fix this as it seems to be a fairly simple thing to fix if the correct paper is found. I've just never contributed so I'm not sure exactly what to do.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
