Description:
------------
Edit button shall not show up if the logged in user is not the reporter.

When a developer tries to use the edit tab it always end up with wrong password. Because its for the bug reporter only.

Disable the 'Edit' button if the user is not the reporter to resolve this confusion.

Agreed - this tripped me up a couple of times before I realised the difference.

Let me know if you don't have time to fix this and I will pick it up.
