The warning about the creation of 3 semaphores with semget() in C is missing in the german version.

Warnung
Soll mit sem_get() auf ein Semaphor zugegriffen werden, welches außerhalb von PHP erstellt worden ist, muss es als Satz von 3 Semaphoren erstellt werden (zum Beispiel durch Angabe von 3 als nsems Parameter beim Zugriff auf die C-Funktion semget() ). Ansonsten kann PHP nicht auf den Semaphor zugreifen.
