Description:
------------
The paragraph spacing in the description for documentation pages that document things that are functions in procedural use but properties in OO use is poor.

Example page: http://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.insert-id.php
Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Phn9LU6.png

We don't do a great job on the method pages either (we should probably make the OO/procedural headings be actual headings), but this is more immediately worse.

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Fixed for now; I'll file a PhD bug for a follow up issue.
