In the documentation for the header() function ( http://php.net/manual/en/function.header.php ), one of the examples uses 'Content-Type' like this:
header('Content-type: application/pdf');
while all others capitalize the second word. I suggest fixing this inconsistency.

Even though the header names are officially case-insensitive, I assume everything follows the notation used in the HTTP RFCs, which is 'Content-Type'.
