Most Zend headers include BEGIN_EXTERN_C() and END_EXTERN_C() macros to ensure C++ name mangling isn't applied to ZEND_API functions when building C++ extensions. zend_float.h, zend_vm.h and zend_vm_opcodes.h lack these macros.

I'm preparing a PR to fix this on 5.5 and up.
