https://php.net/ contains an entry for "Last 5.3 release ever available:
PHP 5.3.29 - 5.3 now EOL" from 14 Aug 2014, and it contains:

 For source downloads of PHP 5.3.29, please visit our downloads page.

But the linked-to page http://php.net/downloads.php does not contain
an entry for PHP 5.3.29 at all.

Maybe after "Old Stable PHP 5.4.32" you need "Old Dead PHP 5.3.29" !

The fix for this bug has been committed. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the repository, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
