Description:
------------
My PHP version is actualy 5.5.12 (not 5.5.13, but I wasn't able to select this version on the list).

It seems that some timezone (at least Antarctica/Troll) are not working with the datefmt_create function.

Test script:
---------------
$fmt = datefmt_create('en_UK', IntlDateFormatter::FULL, IntlDateFormatter::FULL, 'Antarctica/Troll', IntlDateFormatter::GREGORIAN, 'Y-MM-dd HH:mm:ss');
var_dump($fmt);

Expected result:
----------------
something like
object(IntlDateFormatter)#xx (0) { }

Actual result:
--------------
null

ICU (which the intl classes use) bundles its own copy of the time zone database and uses that, so although PHP 5.5.12 and later support Antarctica/Troll (which was added earlier this year), your copy of ICU probably doesn't at this point.
