Description:
------------
DateTimeZone::getName() returns a different name for timezones that just have offsets.

I like the new format better, but this could be considered a BC break.

Test script:
---------------
$tz = new DateTimeZone('Etc/GMT-4');
echo $tz->getName();

// Before PHP 5.5.10
// Etc/GMT-4

// After PHP 5.5.10
// -04:00

Please ignore this. I jumped to conclusions. This report is invalid.
