Issue #44780 (some time zone offsets not recognized by timezone_name_from_abbr)
and #45543 (DateTime::setTimezone can not set timezones without ID) are missing in the 5.5.10 changelog @ http://www.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php#5.5.10

Not sure which of these bugs causes this change, but I think it's worth mentioning in these changelog...
