Not a huge bug really, but if in your php3 script you set
the execution timeout to say 5 seconds and the script then exceeds this, the error message says :-
Maximum excecution time of 30 seconds exceeded.
The number of seconds printed depends on the value in the ini file.  In the instance of setting the timeout value in the script it is not possible to tell what the timeout value actually is, because the setting of a new one resets the existing one to zero.  Anyway I just changed the error message on our version to :-
Maximum execution time exceeded.

It's a known problem, and would be fixed in a part of a
big code generalization scheduled for PHP 3.1
