Description:
------------
The description of `session_start()` says it blocks. This is not true when save_handler != files.

You should update the documentation so that it is clear that session_start() only blocks when save_handler = files, and not if save_handler is something else.

I don't see where it says that on this page: http://php.net/session_start

Please provide the link concerned.

session_write_close() is saying so:

"[..] but as session data is locked to prevent concurrent writes only one script may operate on a session at any time."
