Description:
------------
I'd like a menu option called "Random function" (or depending on the documentation features offered) like "Random bug" in bugs.php.net or like "Random article" in Wikipedia.

I think it would be great to have this option to learn or discover new functions.

Expected result:
----------------
I'd like to choose which PHP version, documentation language and which info to show.
I'd have as result a random page from the php.net manual.

I don't think it should be manual's purpose. It's funny, but it has little chance to be actually useful. Moreover, there are pages like "PHP function of the day" and you can easy generate such data on your own, using phpdoc/doc-base/funcsummary.txt
