Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.str-split
---

Hello... My first time here...

I use the function "str_split ()", but I updated php to version '5 .3.27 '(windows) and started receiving an alert that however is another function, "split ()".

It appears on my screen a warning "Deprecated: Function split () is deprecated in ..." But the documentation says nothing about himself: "http://php.net/manual/en/function.str-split.php".

I tried to escape the warning with the '@' character but without success ... The message remained on the screen ...

I'm using Windows: 7, Apache 2.2.25, PHP 5.3.27.
PS: I could not test the version 5.4.23, unable to run on my machine, for this reason I am reporting the bug version 5.3.27.

Test script:
---------------
<?
$nv = 4957495050484951
$ss = str_split($nv, 2);
print_r($ss);
?>

Expected result:
----------------
Array ( [0] => 49 [1] => 57 [2] => 49 [3] => 50 [4] => 50 [5] => 48 [6] => 49 [7] => 51 )

Actual result:
--------------
Deprecated: Function split() is deprecated in C:\ApacheServer\www\projetos\b-sitebredas\Cliente\Boleto\include\funcoes_cef_sinco.php on line 213

Array ( [0] => 49 [1] => 57 [2] => 49 [3] => 50 [4] => 50 [5] => 48 [6] => 49 [7] => 51 )

I can't reproduce this: http://3v4l.org/qNiVK

Are you _absolutely_ sure you don't have a call to split() somewhere in your code?

Oh, it is true I am deeply confused, I'm sorry, there was really a split function, was coming from another file which I did not realize ...
Thank you for your attention.
