There is no description sentence on this manual page (for setTimezone).

It would usually appear below the Procedural Style usage as it does for all other DateTime functions (and really every other PHP function). It seems to be missing in all languages including English, French, German, etc.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
