The example code overflows the box itself and creates a page-wide scrollbar.

The example itself should probably have that scrollbar, not the entire page

I don't get the same behaviour for beta or old layout, what resolution are you using to view ?

Looks like Levi fixed this in a07da26ebe06 (web/php.git).
