Description:
------------
in these two files :

php.ini-production
php.ini-development

description for short_open_tag currently looks like this :

; This directive determines whether or not PHP will recognize code between
; <? and ?> tags as PHP source which should be processed as such. For several
; years we recommended that you not use the short tag shortcut and
; instead to use the full <?php and ?> tag combination. With the widespread use
; of XML and use of these tags by other languages, the server can become easily
; confused and end up parsing the wrong code in the wrong context.
; This shortcut is still supported for backwards compatibility, but we
; recommend against its use.

a couple of suggested changes :

* "you not use" -> "you do not use"
* "instead to use" -> "instead use"

it could probably be rewritten completely, but at least these two changes should be considered

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

I've had a play with this. It's still not perfect, but I think it's better now.
