Missing link from new "sys_temp_dir" directive 

sys_temp_dir 	"" 	PHP_INI_SYSTEM 	Available since PHP 5.5.0

on page titled "List of php.ini directives" at 

http://php.net/manual/en/ini.list.php

BENEFIT: Adding a documentation link will help programmers make use of the new directive added early 2013.

The list of ini directives is not meant to function as a sitemap for the manual, it is meant to provide an exhaustive list of options, but does not necessarily have to link to a manual page.
