Description:
------------
When I googled: "php password" the first result I got was:
http://php.net/manual/en/faq.passwords.php

This page looked outdated and wholly unaware of php 5.5's blowfish password_hash() family of functions
http://php.net/manual/en/book.password.php

Someone should update
http://php.net/manual/en/faq.passwords.php
to reflect to new 'best practices' for php password hashing.
