www.windows.php.net is down. I was downloading 
http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-5.2.17-Win32-VC6-x86.zip but 
suddenly the download stopped and when i tried to open the website 
www.windows.php.net it did not open as your server didnt respond to my request. It 
might be a DDOS attack please see to it. Please fix your site.

Can't load the site either. Trying to get latest php 5.5 binaries and windows.php.net is not responding at all.
