Description:
------------
The documentation for SplHeap::recoverFromCorruption should mention in which cases
the heap becomes corrupted. SplHeap::compare already mentions this partially.

Proposed description:

"When an exception is thrown in SplHeap::compare() the Heap is corrupted and
placed in a blocked state. This function unblocks it. However, some elements might
not be placed correctly and it may hence break the heap-property."
