Description:
------------

From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.file-exists#refsect1-function.file-exists-returnvalues
---

This section contains the note: "Because PHP's integer type is signed and many platforms use 32bit integers, ..."

This note applies to the file_size() function.

Surely it does not apply to file_exists()?

I am being told that this has been reported before. I suggest a change of wording to the note to indicate that it has not just been blindly copied from file_size() :

Note: Although file size should not affect this function, nevertheless it may return unexpected results for files which are larger than 2GB. This is because PHP's integer type is signed and many platforms use 32bit integers.
