Description:
------------
In the 'include' control structure manual page, while explain 'include construct
will emit a warning if it cannot find a file; this is different behavior from
require, which will emit a fatal error', there are empty link attached to
'warning' and 'fatal error'. Those links should be linked into E_WARNING and
E_ERROR predefined constants of Error Handling funcitons.

Looked into xml files, I guess the linkend doesn't extend into table row level
even a row was specified an xml id.

This could affect any page trying to link into a table row.

Apparently, that is not a documentation issue, but rather a doc
build problem.
