FreeType1 support (--with-ttf) is not marked deprecated but seems to have gone the 
way of the dodo.

http://www.php.net/manual/en/image.requirements.php says:

FreeType 1.x	ยป http://www.freetype.org/	This deprecated feature will 
certainly be removed in the future.

http://www.php.net/manual/en/image.installation.php lists

--with-ttf without deprecation comment

Test script:

./configure --with-ttf

Expected result:
----------------
Works, or docs say it's deprecated

Actual result:
--------------
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-ttf

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Fixed in rev 329581.

Removed the switch from the docs entirely, as the --with-ttf switch was removed 
in 5.3.0, and only existed up to 5.2, which is now past EOL.
