php4isapi.dll works when asigned a content type of wwwserver/isapi.

PHP4.exe crashes in WebSitePro/2.5.4 with a Dr. Watson error with a content type of wwwserver/shellcgi.

PHP3.exe works with WebSitePro/2.5.4 when assigned a content type of wwwserver/shellcgi.

Bug persists in PHP4.0.2.

this is fixed in cvs already, wait for 4.0.4 or get a dev version, i.e. from php4win.de
