I cannot compile the 1.0.8 version of this extension. I get the following error:

php_amqp.h:109:31: fatal error: amqp_object_store.h: No such file or directory

I have installed the latest rabbit library, but I cannot find any reference to the 
required file.

Please apologize this. We published 1.0.8 prematurely, missing a few crucial 
files.
We just released 1.0.9 to fix this.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at
