Try logging in before attempting to use your php.net email address in that field.

@php.net addresses can only be used to make a "developers comment" - so click the 
"Developer" tab, not the "Add comment" tab.

Ok a little pointer in the validation would have been nice then I guess. And maybe 
just wordwrapping an A tag's content vs it's HREF attribute. Now the dropbox 
screen url is broken.
