In the page http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php, 

the %k is missing for the display of the time 00 through 23 in the documentation.

Log: Add documentation for the %k strftime() modifier, and fix a couple of spelling
errors at the same time.

Fixes doc bug #63390 (Doc incomplete for strftime).

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
