to reproduce the problem, go to 
www.hub.org/horde/imp if the screen loads
fine, just click reload a few times and
you'll get the error.

i just started happening.. to the best of our
knowledge we changed nothing..

it's effecting sessions world wide

This error seems more like PostgreSQL related. Are you sure the database
is running and it hasn't corrupted (or whatever the term is) ??

i dissagree.

one of my users wrote some simple session test scripts..
they attempt to put values in to the session variables
the session var's get created in /tmp but are of 0 length..

also, if i do a ls /tmp/sess* while running imp pages..
i don't see any session files ..

this bug is fixed in CVS!

please use a recent snapshot or mail me for a patch for 4.0.1pl1
