The Win32 crash reporting document at https://bugs.php.net/bugs-generating-
backtrace-win32.php contains a link to the Microsoft Debug Diagnostic Tools which 
does not work (link is http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=28bd5941-c458-46f1-b24d-f60151d875a3&displaylang=en) - Microsoft reports 
a "Page not found" error.

The link should be changed to a version of the tool which is current:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26798
