Description:
------------
It seems that many functions don't know or check the authentication status for a
session. This leads to 100% cpu usage sometimes.

- A double ssh2_auth_*() hangs.
- An ssh2_exec() on an unauthenticated session hangs.

An expected results would be: failing with a warning.
