Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.stream-set-read-buffer#refsect1-function.stream-set-read-buffer-parameters
---

Looks like a cut & paste boo-boo.

"The number of bytes to buffer. If buffer is 0 then read operations are unbuffered. This ensures that all reads with fread() are completed before other processes are allowed to write to that output stream."

Shouldn't that read:

"The number of bytes to buffer. If buffer is 0 then read operations are unbuffered. This ensures that all reads with fread() are completed before other processes are allowed to READ FROM that INPUT stream."
