Description:
------------
Hello,

From manual page it's not clear what is used as a key for caching. Is it a full
query + prepared statement parameters? Or only query? Is it possible to invalidate
query cache?

From manual page: http://www.php.net/mysqlnd-qc.quickstart.caching

The mysqlnd_qc package have not had a release for 4 years, so its safe to say that there is no longer any activity for this, if development picks back up then this report should be re-opened.
