According to errata notes there are errors in the documentation for this function, Does pg_fetch_row() move the internal results pointer or not, if so is int row an optional argument? Documents need calirifying on this as they currently contradict themselves (Example and para above)

I updated documentation and example to reflect this. (pg_fetch_row does not move internal pointer)
