While being a Zend booth bunny at LinuxWorld, I got a report from Guylhem Aznar of the Linux Documentation Project that the Optimizer turned on/off would break "PHPnuke".

PHPnuke is available at LinuxPower.org (et al)

His project is not publicized, but is at http://linuxports.com under "fun.com"

He noticed that adding blank lines in PHP source code altered the behaviour.
